Oscar de la Renta is a fashion designer known for his evening wear and suits for women. The goal of this project was to redesign and create a website for a designer. Inspired by angelic patterns, Oscar de la Renta's website redesign was created to showcase his outstanding collections and learn more about the designer.
Identity
I begin researching to develop my visual identity further. After deciding to use Oscar de la Renta's outstanding collection of patterns, I designed this website based on a showcase of his ready-to-wear labels. The color scheme was kept black and white, allowing his patterns to speak for themselves. The primary typeface is an angelic, thin-stroke calligraphy named Georgia Ballpark, paired with a thin-stroke serif typeface called Antic Didone.
About Page
The about page is designed for viewers to understand and learn more about Oscar de la Renta. It includes an interactive map showing Oscar de la Renta journey through fashion design. Instead of providing information on Oscar de la Renta in paragraph form, I thought formatting the information through questions would help keep the attention of the viewers.

The work page is designed to showcase Oscar de la Renta's ready-to-wear labels from 2020-2023. It is purely a gallery where you can view his collections by season.

Since the primary purpose of the website is to showcase Oscar de la Renta's collections. The contact page allows you to shop his website, visit his instagram page, visit his store, and call. The primary aim of his page was to be able to redirect you so you could purchase pieces from his collections or simply learn more about him.
